We handle your clothes with great care and attention.To prevent any damage or loss, we have developed a unique control system.


Every order is automatically protected by our thoughtful protection plan.


✅ How we care for your clothes:


🔖 Tagging: Each item receives an individual label upon intake. This prevents mix-ups with other orders and ensures that everything is returned to you.


🌡️ Temperature Control: We wash strictly according to the care labels. If a label is missing, we use only cold water to be as gentle as possible and prevent shrinkage or damage.


🎨 Color Separation: Whites, colors, and darks are always washed separately to avoid bleeding and preserve the original appearance of your garments.


🌀 Drying: We use tumble dryers at standard temperatures. For delicate fabrics, we dry items naturally on hangers


💨 Ironing: All items are carefully ironed from the inside out using professional steam stations. This protects the fabric and helps maintain the garment's shape.


🧴 Organic and Safe Detergents: We use only eco-friendly, organic cleaning products—free from chlorine, phosphates, and harsh chemicals. They’re safe for your skin, your clothes, and the environment.


🧺 Standard Machines, Maximum Safety: We use standard washing and drying machines. The entire process is similar to home laundry, but with enhanced attention to detail.


⏱️ How to receive compensation:


  • Claims are accepted within 48 hours after receiving your items.
  • The customer provides a receipt confirming the original purchase price.
  • If no receipt is available, the price is determined based on average market value, using the lowest available price from public sources.
  • If the customer does not provide required information on time, the compensation request is canceled.
  • Refunds are issued either to the customer’s LaundryBot balance or to their bank card.
  • Compensation is provided only for cases not listed under “What the Protection Plan Does Not Cover.”

⚠️ If Something Goes Wrong:

Despite all precautions, in rare cases an item may be damaged or lost due to human error. In such situations, our Protection Plan applies:
  • Compensation per item: up to 30% of the item’s value, and no more than RM400 per item.
  • Compensation per order: up to RM800, if multiple items in the same order were affected. Each item is calculated according to the same rules: max 30% of value, up to RM400.

🚫 What’s not covered by the Protection Plan:


👕 Shrinkage: Some garments may shrink during washing — this is natural and expected. We follow the care labels or use cold water and dry at normal temperatures. Shrinkage depends on garment construction, fabric type, age, and other factors. LaundryBot is not liable for shrinkage.


🧵 Holes and Tears: Damage can result from natural wear and tear or the washing process itself. This can happen regardless of where the laundry is done and is not covered by the Protection Plan.


🎨 Color Fading: While we always separate whites and colors, some garments may still fade or transfer color. This is a normal part of laundering and is not covered.


🪙 Items Left in Pockets: We do our best to check pockets, but we can't guarantee everything will be found. We’re not responsible for damage or loss caused by items left inside pockets.
